Welcome to
Annual Meeting
Our Annual Meeting was held on September 22, 2009. At that meeting, we elected new
officers. Please refer to the listing of the Board of Directors on the left. To read our

Some background information on two of our most recent additions to the Board:
Shane Patterson is a Vice President, Business Banker, with M&T Bank. He is
responsible for assisting businesses with the management of cash and increasing
profitability. He has worked for several banks during his approximate 20 years in the field.
He has attended the PBA Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending, the ABA
Graduate School of Commercial Lending, and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of
Banking.
Kristen Pittman is an HR professional in the local York community at Voith Hydro, Inc.
She specializes in recruiting and immigration. Kristen received her Bachelors Degree in
Communications and Political Science from Albright College and received her
Professional in Human Resources certification in the winter of 2008. Kristen is currently
attending Penn State University for her Masters Degree in Human Resources. Kristen
enjoys coaching All-Star cheerleading, taking her dogs for walks and playing extreme
sports with her husband. Joining the Board of YADC presented Kristen with an
opportunity to put her Human Resources and Public Relations experience to work within
the York Community.
Fifteen years!!
At the Annual Meeting, we also had the opportunity to recognize two members of our team
who have 15 years of service with the organization. Recognized for their dedication and
commitment were Hector Vasquez and Al Damon. Congratulations to both!
OBJECTIVES
The Corporation’s major objectives are to:
1. Promote sound business management to insure the projects' financial success
through the timely payment of all bills, the prompt payment of rent by tenants, the
maintenance of full occupancy, the keeping of vacancy losses to a minimum, and
the quick turnover of vacated apartments.
2. Coordinate the involvement of local public and private service agencies which can
provide residents with the resources and guidance necessary to achieve a more
satisfying lifestyle and continued ability to live independently and responsibly.
3. Promote the meaningful involvement of tenants in social activities.
4. Promote tenant responsibility for proper apartment and building appearance and
insure the continuing maintenance and up-keep of the property.
5. Maintain the quiet enjoyment of the community for all tenants and neighbors.
